At the southeast corner of Spadina Avenue and Adelaide Street West, 101 Spadina Avenue embodies a pioneering land transaction between the City of Toronto and Devron. This initiative aims to bring about top-notch mixed-use development, including a new public park and an underground commercial parking facility.

The planned project for the location entails a 39-story mixed-use tower, featuring retail space on the ground floor and residential units above. Additionally, a fresh 1,000 square meter public park is set to grace the north side of the site, extending along Adelaide and Spadina.

Designed by Audax Architecture, the proposed tower pays tribute to the historical warehouse buildings that define the character of the surrounding Garment District.
