Charles has been involved in an extensive list of large-scale pre-construction residential development projects since 2005. Charles specialized in Urban Development at The University of Western Ontario. His hands-on approach has led to outstanding sales results in new home communities ranging from multi-phased high-rise projects to low-rise stacked and freehold townhome sites, student housing and ultra-luxury projects.

He contributes to the strategic vision of each development project to drive revenue and efficiencies through planning and implementation. He has been engaged at the stages of site acquisition, launch, and post-launch troubleshooting, to ensure sales success.
