Charles has been involved in an extensive list of large-scale pre-construction residential development projects since 2005. His hands-on approach has led to outstanding sales results in new home communities ranging from multi-phased high-rise projects to low-rise stacked and freehold townhome sites, student housing and ultra-luxury projects.
He contributes to the strategic vision of each development project to drive revenue and efficiencies through planning and implementation. He has been engaged at the stages of site acquisition, launch, and post-launch troubleshooting, to ensure sales success.
Prior to RDS, Charles specialized in Urban Development at The University of Western Ontario. Charles and his sales team have achieved finalist nominations for Best Sales Team for the past five consecutive years at the Annual BILD Awards.
Brian Shew

Born into a real estate family, Brian’s focus from an early age has been centred around condo sales. With over a decade of experience, Brian brings a unique perspective to the industry. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and has cultivated deep relationships with Toronto’s platinum agents.
Brian also has strong relationships with real estate consultants and developers around the city. In the past four years, he has overseen the sale of $3 billion worth of real estate. He currently specializes in a number of pre-construction fields including student condominiums, stacked townhomes, freehold houses, luxury homes and multi-phased projects.
